Setting up my PC as a web server

hi everyone! i'm interested in setting up my PC as a web server, so that I can host my website on my own computer. I'm running Windows ME. Could anyone give me a general overview of how I would go about doing this, or refer me to any good sites? I haven't had any luck in my search so far.

not sure what you want help with, but this site offers a free webserver.
