conversion from r. to mp3 ???

I have file extension is ra but i want to convert that file i nto mp3 so that i could listen it in Sony Ericsson k75i .

I have softwrae name is Total covertor , i tried it to covert but it giving error as i try to convert ..

so pls tell me how i can covert ra file into mp3???????????

Sounds like you're trying to convert a Real Audio file into MP3?
There's several free convertors you can use; here's one to try:
