VM Ware

Expand Post »
I am having problems using VMware. I am running Windows XP Pro as the host OS. When I try to set up a guest OS of Windows 2000 Advanced Server, it will not format the hard drive. It says that it detects an error with the drive, and that I should check to make sure I have the correct SCSI drivers. When I do get it to load Win2k, I have problems running dcpromo to set up active directory. I believe all of these problems are related to VMware.

Has anyone else had problems like this, and if so, do you have an solution? Thanks in advance.
