or is there away to setup outlook to send me an email everyday with the IP address?

none that i know off but it is a easy program to make. ask a programmer to make one for you if u are really desperate.
alot would be reluctant to help because of its potential to do harm.

you have to pay to register it though.
I was looking for a free one.

There's another possible way to solve your problem: check out http://www.dyndns.org , which may help you get what you want as a web-based service, no software needed.

you can also track ip addresses by clicking on http://arul.telenet-systems.com/track.html and entring da ip address
