Remote Computer is not Accessible

Hi there

Recently i having a problem to access to the remote computer. Although the share folder and security configuration set to everyone, but i still failed to access it. The error message " The server is not configured for transactions."

Please help!

What type of server is it? Can you ping it? Does it have any other services to access, like a web server, or anything? Is it part of a domain?

If you can provide any more information, that would be helpful.
