ftp server

i were using ftp and it was working nicely in my computer,
but then it stoped working.
And now every when i try to access it it gives a message:
(windows cannot access this folder.Make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder.
Details:
The connection with the server was reset)
this message appears just after write( ftp://www.engr.pfu.edu.ru )

make sure you got the administrator account while accessing your ftp and check for any viruses... check your security settings and firewall maybe you have accidentally change some settings...

need more info - what server you are using, is the ftp service running and accessible from the wan and the lan, what ports are open for the ftp, what OS is used etc
