Program Files on partition.

Expand Post »
I'm wondering if I place my Program Files into a 2nd drive as a back up, incase of a crash, could I reuse the backed up Program Files? Is there anyway to copy the registry so I can reuse them?

Thank you for all your help, I also asked this in the "Storage" part of the forum.

Re: Program Files on partition.

more to it than that if it would ever work ,the registry is one thing ,there is the system/system32,and folder and all the different shared dll files programs use when installing and all the other crap that would happen ,i don't think it can be done myself .
