I have downloaded windows xp sp3 media center edition but i dont have the serial key for this.

Could u guys plz help.

You will need to contact Microsoft to get you a key, never seen a downloadable version of any OS beside the Linux OS's.

Sounds like a hacked copy to me.

legal if you have an MSDN subsription

But yeah, if its pirated - we cant help you. Go buy a licence.

But if it was an MSDN download, then he/she would have the license key as part of the MSDN subscription.
