HighMat file conversion?

My neice recv'd .hmt picture files in an email and is having trouble printing them. They come out very large and distorted. Is there some way to convert thise files? She has Win XP Pro.

This link is for a download of a highmat viewer ,I have never done this but would think that there would be a way with this viewer to save each image in the vith viewr and save as a different file type like JPG os something smaller .
