Two firefox.exe??

i see in my task manager processes that i have two firefox.exe for some reason. one uses about 546,000 VM size while the second one uses 89,000. Im assuming this bad. How do I fix this?

is this a single occurrence or does it happen everytime you use firefox. If it is a single occurrence than I would just kill the process wiht the 500,000 + because it is probably an instance of firefox that failed to shut. if it happens everytime than uninstall and reinstall firefox.
