Problem with desktop

Hi lads

right i went and left my PC unlocked friday afternoon and shut my PC down when i got bk in,

came on it this morning and relised one of the lads at work have decided to messa round with the settings on my PC

3 thing he has done is
1) screen shop of my desktop with desktop icoms and set it as wallpaper
2) deleted all desktop icoms
3) locked me out from dragging dropping add/removing any icons

i can't right click to auto arrange or anything

can anyone help me with this.

if you using xp go to help and support and restore to a date that in was in order

grab him by the Adams Apple and drag and drop him in front of you computer and make him fix it !
