Problem with USB

Expand Post »
Hi,

I am not able to use any USB device on my PC(Win XP). and looking for help on this issue. Whenever I connect any pen drive or i pod to the USB port, it shows a balloon saying the name of the device connected and the install driver set window, but it does not get the required driver, and subsequently a balloon pops up saying this hardware might not work properly. In fact it does not at all works.
I have installed the drivers using the drivers CD as well.

Please suggest any solution. Thanks in advance.
