Dell dimension 3000 audio? Laggy Windows?

Okay, so I helped my friend reformat their dell dimension 3000. And so far its been a bit faster and better. But the audio doesn't work, I tried downloading it off their site. And the laggy windows has been a problem even before the reformat. I can't seem to find the correct drivers. Either that or I have some settings off thats messing it up. I think the audio is built in. I'm kind of sure. Well thanks.

Hi
If you can track down the motherboard suite drivers than youll be able to get the audio included.do a google on the name of the motherboard if you not sure what the name of the audio card is and see if you can track down the suite

For this model Dell there should be only 1 Audio Driver you need, but you will also want to make certain that you have installed the chipset driver as well whcih fortunately there is only one of, both can be found at this location:
