NO Boot Disk to reformat!!

So I have Windows XP Pro loaded on my system....

Experienced a sudden glitch that windows does not load anymore..

DATA IS BACKED UP VIA EXTERNAL AND HOOKING DRIVE UP AS A SLAVE!

I have no boot Disk available

Tried 2 different XP Pro installation disk to reformat my drive and it goes into the blue setup screen and freezes when it mentions "windows is starting setup"

Can we do a total reformat without a boot disk to begin new?

Any suggestions would help,
Eric

If you're reformatting the drive during installation and still getting a freeze while set-up is going it's probably an issue with hardware, most likely your hard drive.
