bought 3 flash drives and experienced problems saving data, typically what is happening is using it through a hub it will only allow me to copy data up to about 25 or 30% of capacity, tried formatting still the same data capacity is being experienced. anyone have any idea

You could try some control testing to find out what the problem is. Unplug your hub and try plugging in your flash drives directly. If they save 100% of your data, then the issue is more than likely with the hub.
