I'm on deadline of course, I installed a new printer cartridge and wanted to go to HP tool box to clean/calibrate etc. When I access HP Solution Center to get to HP Director I get - No HP devices have been detected. HP Solution Center will close now. Any suggestions? I have use windows exp 7, windows XP Pro. HP website said I was up to date on drivers.
