How to fix kernel32.dll on winxp?

I'm having problems fixing my winxp computer? It says something about the kerne32.dll. Pls i need help.

no friend
If you have a xp disk put it into the cd drive restart and boot from your xp disk. blue screen will come up after all hardware was checked the machine will give you options to run recovery console
or
install windows
you choose install windows
from there choose repair windows
let windows do the magic and problem will be fixed
