Event ID 50 on windows 2000 server

I have a Windows 2000 server computer, do backups on usb hard drives.
Get the following error during backup of about 90Gb of data.
This error is not always generated.
I am using 3 external disks in turn.

Source Ftdisk, Event ID 50.

is there a difference in the amount of data the 3 drives can hold? I'm thinking you might be getting a disk full error on one of them...

I checked, all of them has enough space for the backup
