I am doing a new build with a Geforce 7050M-M2 board with a Phenom X4 9550 Processor. New ram and HD. After files are loaded and the reboot it goes to the black screen and stops. Can someone please help me figure this one out?

In your BIOS make sure you disable "Bootesector (MBR) Antivirus protection" (may be called something similar).
