Blue screen question

When starting up I'm getting a blue screen which says

Stop: c0000021a (Fatal system error)
The windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x0000005...the system has shut down.

What's up and how do I fix?

hllo...answer of ur query....u hav deleted some .dll files frm ur windows system...so this erroe is thr..u must reinstall ur windows.

could be a hardisk problem. try changing hard disk. If not clean ram modules.and seat them proerly
