PS/2 and USB Mice

Expand Post »
Currently have 2 mice installed and working at the same time.

It appears that they are using the same driver.

Some times after re-boot, the PS/2 mouse does not work until the next re-boot.

Does this setup of having 2 mice operating at the same time create any computer operating issues?

OS WinXP Media SP2

why would you have 2 mice connected in the first place , as you can can only use one at a time

no real issues, only the one you are having. I am guessing that it is a player game on one pc, or something like multiplicty for multiple moniters and the like? try updating the drivers on only one mouse (I would do the usb one) or grab a different mouse.
