XP Rebooting in Safe mode ONLY

Dear all,

I recently installed the Uxtheme Multi-patcher 6.0 patch on my XP Pro SP3 Laptop. Since then I have lost my Administrator privileges to my account.

I read, to uninstall the Uxtheme Multi-patcher 6.0 I had to double click it and It would do the job, but there was an error massage that says "Could not read Uxtheme.dll"

I used SuperAntispyware software which I have installed to do a Safe boot. Since then my PC tries to boot in Safe Mode... and when it gets to the log in screen and when I click "clt+alt+del" the password entering screen does not show up....

What should I do... please help???????????

what happans if you turn it off, unplug for 30 sec from wall, reboot pressing F8 like mad?

should get an options menu that lets you boot normally, or under last known good configuration. try normally first.
