msconfig

I can not get my computer to start msconfig,and I need to retart it in safe mode,I know that there is another way off doing it but I can't remeber,help please

If all you need to do is start your computer in Safe Mode, hit the <F8> key just before Windows should load up. It will present you with a menu to chose Safe Mode.
