windows xp to 98

im having a hard time putting windows 98 in i have windows xp right now i put in the boot disk with the 98 plus 2 edecion in the cd rom are start the computer but it tells me to remove the disk and hit any key to restart can some one help me with this thank you

are you planning on overwriting windows xp? to have a multi boot system with no external boot manager your going to need to install os's in order of age
