Change of keyboard without reinstalling windows xp

I have installed windows xp with US keyboard but my lap top has Norvegin keyboard layout. Can any one tell me how to switch with out reinstalling Windows XP.

hi, try this go to Start/control panel /region and language ,location, might fix it for you . you might have to put control panel in classic view to find it quickly

so did you go to languages and details and add and keyboard layout and pick norwegan there , and set it up that whay ,if yes then i have no other suggestions ,sorry
