how to enable hibernate in windows xp professional 2002 service pack 2

i want to hibernate the system.but hibernate option is not displayed in power options in control panel.how can i enable the hibernate.i m using windows xp professional sp2.

Hi my name is Jonase, I think this is how I may help you, follow these steps:
1. Go to 'Control Panel'.
2. click on 'Performance and maintenance'
3. click on 'Power options', and the mini window will appear
4. Look at the tabs of that window and you will see: 'power schemes', 'advanced', 'hibernate' and 'UPS'. select 'Hibernate'.
5. you will see a checkbox written 'Enable hibernation', click it and click Apply button, by the above steps hibernation is enabled.
