Sharing Folder with Password Protection in Network having Domain

Please Help me out!!
i having an small network with a domain Win2003..and 30 clients of XP pro, i want to share the folder in the Network with Password protection in the client end with AD intregation . The problem is i am not getting the AD Username when i am going to add in the sharing tab in clients end. How do i share them... with AD... urgent

my computer(rt.click)->manage->System Tools(left box)->LOcal Users and Groups->users->Guest(right box)(rt. click)->set password

Now its over,lan users should know passwords to access your shared files.
