Dont use that, use MagicJellybean. Ive used it before. Works for office too. And doesnt seem to contain any viruses.
If you dont have an installed system to retrieve the key from then you are screwed. The key is not stored on the disk.
By "i lost mine from the cd" my most likely guess is this guy is just another pirate anyway....

Well jellybean is OSS (hosted on sourecforge) so you would think someone would notice if it was malware...

Well go and buy another licence then - if you dont have it installed on a pc then you cant retrieve the key, as it not stored on the cd (all windows cds are the same, in fact any windows key will work with any cd of the correct version)
If it was OEM, it should have a sticker on the side of your PC. If it was retail, ring up MS support and make sure you have the box and your reciept handy and hope you registered it when you installed it before and they may give/sell you a new one.

If this is true then my antivirus is reporting me a false-positive ...
Now I'm convinced it's 1000% virus clean :) !!

Just make sure you download it from the official site, some mirrors put viruses on it (snapfiles for example)

Right this is about as far as we can help you. I have had to delete a number of replies already...
Keep it clean and do not post pornographic material or link to it. In addition, do not post anything warez related or related to other illegal acts. This includes tech support troubleshooting pirated software or P2P programs (i.e. Gnutella, Kazaa) used to obtain pirated software. Exceptions are helping to remove spyware or browser hijacks (that may or may not be related to illegal material) from a computer.
Any mention by anyone about:
*keygens
*bypassing activation
*getting a cracked corporate copy
Will result in an infraction.
If the OP cant find his key on the box/case sticker and cant retrieve it from the installed system then he is up the creek without a paddle. If he registered and has proof of purchase hemay be able to get it off microsoft support (guess) or be able to buy a new key. These are prettymuch the only legal ways.
