Help needed 4 laptop problem

^ i need a lot of help and i cannot risk formating it also recently stopped reading the DVD-R drive plz help coz i dun understand, Catweazle plz help + everyone else^ *****It is making a scanning noise ,dull and every second, plz help*********

also this is not on my current computer (this one) but on my normal mosted used laptop

hi we have the same problem at my laptop computer pls send me a letter containing how to solve this problem...

That sounds like it is trying to access the floppy drive instead of the CD drive. Check the BIOS boot settings.

You could also have a corrupt driver, or the wrong driver for the drive.
