My time

My time wont change back to normal as in its suppose to show 3:40 but it shows 15:40 can someone help please

In control panel there are regional settings (for non-classic view, choose "change the format of numbers, dates and times"). In those settings windows click on the "customize" button. (right next to dorp-down box of country name).
In the next window click on the "time" tab and change the time format (capital H or HH to lower case h or hh).
Click "apply" to make the change.

If it does not helps then you may try after replacing CMOS battery.
