DLL error message

I am getting a message that states that "phoquxa.dll" is not a valid windows image and application. How do I get rid of this error?

Probably file is really corrupted - this occurs in certain cases e.g. damaged CD disk.

when do you get the error ,and are you sure you are spelling it right

I was told to try using AUTORUNS, which outline all of the applications that load at startup. The program identified phoquxa.dll, which I then deleted.
