error when staring comp or logging of and on ....systray.exe

when ever i start my computer or log off sometimes and then log back on again i get a box coming up saying

The publisher could not be verified.Are you sure u want to run this software

and the name of the software is systray.exe

help me and here is a attchment of the screenshot!!

Sounds like the data execution prevention (DEP) of SP2.

systray.exe is a windows file. It's basicly the infobar on the bottom right of the screen.

Maybe your systray.exe file isn't the original one. Locate in on your machine and then check it with an online virus-scanner:

ohh i just done it and it says your clean but its still comes up

Just uncheck "Always ask when opening this file".
