reinstalling notepad in windows 2000 pro?

Can someone explain the proceedure on how one can reinstall notepad (accessory) back into Windows 2000 Pro enviroment?

Would appreciate any assistance.

I've neverr use 2000,but in all the other windows versions i have use it is in control panell/add, remove programs ,add windows components /accessories ,check note pad to install ,if it allready checked then uncheck and uninstall it then recheck it and reinstall it .
