HELP!! "the document contains no data"??

:cry: please haelp, just had the good old service pack 2 installed and a majority of the time "the document contains no data" box comes up? also i have been trying to download macromedia flash and it wont let me do that? any ideas please. :confused:

For the downloading part.... open internet explorer ... go to tools --> internet options --> security tab --> set the internet level to default.

just tried that and its still lhe same, even tried connecting to macromedia.com and it says the same thing "doc cont no data" :evil:

It can also occur from corrupted cache files .... delete all temp internet files and then try again.
