Can't play Flash player on ie???

I can't play flash media nor can i download macromedia flash player?
What gives?

Have you done an offline installation of flash player ?? if not ... do it manually rather than online ...

Download the flash player onto your computer and then install it from there. (uninstall the existing player first).

When I try to download from the macro website, nothing happens.
How do it offline?

I have the same problem. Used to work fine. Still works in Netscape, Opera and Firefox so it is an IE issue. Any ideas I have tried every setting I can think of?

I do not have spyware blaster but have recently installed Windows live onecare beta. Cant find any real settings on there to adjust?
