Verizon Dsl., Windows Xp..is It Normal

To get some DNS errors., SPECIFICALLY if I go into a page & go a page deeper Occasionally I get the following error:

Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer

I wonder about that., I do have the Google POP UP BLOCKER.....

Ideas, things to check or suggestions are quite welcome..

If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
Click the Back button to try another link.

Please let old threads die and do not reply to them unless you feel you have something new and valuable to contribute that absolutely must be added to make the discussion complete.
