I've searched the internet and have seen my problem all over, but can't find a definite solution for it. Recently, I removed some spyware (which I'm pretty sure is what caused this.) When I rebooted, an administrator account had been made (I didn't have a login account before). When I go to log in, I immediately log off. Can't get into safe mode either. Any help?
It should also be noted I've don't understand much about computers, so try and be specific with instructions.
