I configured FTP through IIS 5.1 in windows xp proffesional. (in local machine)
Then I tried to upload a file to it from a remote host.
While uploading it i could see the file (from the local machine where the ftp is set up [in the ftp root folder])

But after uploading completed , the file is not shown in the ftp root folder. But from client machine it shows that it is there,

What is the problem here. please help.

You have a permission issue and the file is being stored with out the everyone permision being read.

All the permissions are "Allow"ed to administrator, everyone & the owner.
The folder that the file being uploaded (in the server machine) shows it is an empty folder.

What could be the problem ???
