I noticed this morning that the machine appears to be running -- but it is unresponsive -- the monitor is black, though the power lights on the unit are all on and the fans are running. It beeps, beeps, beeps in a constant pattern. The CD and DVD drives will respond (open and close), but nothing appears on the monitor. Restarting does nothing (though it will power down almost immediately when I press the power button on the tower). The machine is approximately 3 years old. Any suggestions are welcomed!

i think the beeps indicate bad video card or bad ram i cant be sure
