using adobe premier 6.5 (presets)

Hi
I am about to video edit using adobe premier 6.5. However, on first using the programme, an options page is shown where you must choose an available preset compatible with your vid camera and capture device. I dont know which to select, I have a sony DCR-TRV33E vid cam, has anyone got any ideas?
