xp restarts at idle

Hello there,
I have a new system that was built for me. The system runs awesome until the computer goes into idle. (normally about 15 minutes on no use it automatically reboots itself. Have tried updating norton. Thought that could be the issue.
Any suggestion.

control panel/power management
change the time to never, simple :)

also this is a site feedback forum => not the correct forum to look for such answers.
