Keyboard & mouse not functioning

I mistakenly happened to delete some I/o file from windows folder , from that time my mouse and keyboard stop functioning. I reinstalled windowsXP 3 times but no use.. all in vain.


Now im in very need of my Pc. How could I recover my Pc from this serious problem..

Please help me in this regard.

While installing XP it asks to press any key to boot from cd, at that time keboard worked fine and installed XP. After booting mouse and keyboard again stop functioning.
