how do i fix the trogen horse on XP

Help, I have done everything i can think of from following dirctions on the internet to norton to systemx to adware etc...
\any suggestions as to what to do or where to take the comp to get fixed..from pittsburgh pa

I gess if your that desprate you could try taking it to a computer specalist store, Pc world are quite good! Have you tryed Avast.
