"Task Manager Disabled by Admin"

Hi guys,
I've installed Rising Anti-virus on my computer (Win XP) and after restarting i tried to access the task manager but it says " Task Manager disabled by administrator".
I've tried to repair windows and disabling the anti-virus but nothing.
how can i fix this??

try this....on the command prompt type gpedit.msc
then click user configuration then system then select ctrl+alt+delete options..dn enable "Remove Task manager"...

not repair. plz try to install a fresh windows again. I think then solve ur problem.

There's a registry key that should allow you to re-enable task manager. See info here

Thanks a lot guys, i actually didn't have to re-install Windows. i just did as bords and vmanes said and it's good.
