MFT keeps reaching its max capacity

Hi,
I run Diskkeeper regulary to keep my drives nicely ordered, it often say my MFT usage is up to 80% and i should enlarge my MFT size. But iI have done this before a few times Should i keep doing this or not? Also when I go to the MFT menu of diskkeeper it tells me that none of the drives need thier MFT changing. Pleae help.
