My Windows XP no longer opens up a menu when I click Start -> All Programs -> Right Click...any Suggestions?

hi,

if you are a limited user your admin may have disabled the things you are trying to get to.

however, if you are an admin you need to go in to my computer, click on the c drive (local disk), click on programe files, find the programs you want and create shortcuts on the desktop. after just drag them in to the start menu.
