Hello I restored my computer to the factory settings and I am not able to connect to the internet. I also do not have the same display I had before the original disks I have is windows xp service pack 1 need some help thank you.

Did you reinstall the software that came from you Internet Provider?

check device manager and make sure that network device is install correctly ,sp1 sounds like you will have to install sp3 also when you get connected .

Sounds like you need to install your hardware drivers. You might have to download them on a different computer and transfer them over using a flash drive. Make sure to install the chipset driver first.
