WORRIED, Cannot download anything at all !!!

I do not know which updates I currently installed and i tried using firefox or IE to download something and it block all and show This object has been blocked.

Can someone please help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

Have you installed ZoneAlarm? Have seen this before and if I remember well you need to uncheck an option in the Privacy Settings. Cannot remember which option though.
