Have windows XP, mp3 player is not detected by computer. Mp3 player works on other computers. Ipod will download music from same usb port, but will not recharge the battery. Device manager says usb ports are fine. Help!
Mp3 player is RCA Lyra RD2012. Loaded software off the cd as directed. Mp3 player worked fine two or three times, we were able to add music normally. Then it stopped being detected by my pc, it's fine on other computers. Apple mini Ipod will download music fine from the same usb port, but will not recharge. Any ideas?
No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months. Please let old threads die and do not reply to them unless you feel you have something new and valuable to contribute that absolutely must be added to make the discussion complete.
