Expired Installation

I have installed a program Free Trial Program name SPSS in my computer then when the Free Trial has been Expired, I have install my newly bought Licence Version but still my software do not work, Expired message still appears when i try to open the program, can somebody help me with my problem.... Thanks.

Could be worth uninstalling both copies, should be given the option to keep any related work you have done, but back up the file beforehand. A new installation should sort it out. Obviously the program doesn't overwrite the trial, or the installation directories are in different areas. Have you checked that a new Shortcut to the program has been made.

Yap i have remove the previous installation of the program and install the new copy afterwards, but still a expiration error still occurs.
